i missed you piggie!

MAC Stark Naked (cheeks)
MAC lip conditioner (lips)
MAC Brave New Bronze (lips)

i suppose it could still be brighter, like electric blue lighter as opposed to glittery light blue, but i did a quick color matching of the colors after i got off the shower. you see, i usually plan colors i will wear the night before lol. the colors are a bit similar too, i should have piled on more of Blue but i ran out of time so it looked like one color after blending lol. don't follow suit ladies! blend carefully, don't be like MereMakeupManiac haha. speaking of this blue shade, i must remember to get more Aromaleigh eye makeup shades. they are so damn hot! they are very pigmented, glide on like a dream, have superb vibrancy and color choices!

anyhow, doing this FOTD reminded me why i had a love affair with pigments before. i think it was the foiling part that gets to me -- it takes longer than applying regular eyeshadow. but now i know i must revive this "relationship", hehe. i heart my piggie color selection! since i scrapped my old blog, i know i owe you gals swatches of what i have so watch out for that. also, i haven't really used Shu Uemura Depsea Water Facial Mist (in Mint) for several months now. i bought it last year at DFS Manila for setting makeup but it kinda stings - maybe because it's sea water? luckily, i found another use for it -- piggie sealant. it's been almost 6 hours since i applied my eye makeup but it's holding up really well, so i guess am impressed. i know it's a bit pricey to use as a sealant but hey, better use for something than rot in the back of my dresser right? :)

i also got to use my MAC 242 after it resting for quite some time now (read: ages!) in my brush stash. my MAC 239 doesn't function as well with pigments (it works great with my regular eyeshadows) so am glad it "got to work" again hehe.

tomorrow, i think i'll do a red/purple or neutral look. hmn, gotta ponder over it after dinner. :D btw, i saw an article about MAC All Ages, All Races, All Sexes collection in Style magazine. i hope that means they're already launched here! if they are, must go get my wants. :D
